This term we are looking at Tudors.
We will talk about:

Famous Tudor Monarchs?
How the Tudor's impacted our lives?
Our Literacy topics include such varied themes as poetry, fables and instructional writing. We will obviously be looking through some of Shakespeare's plays.
Maths will carry on developing your children's knowledge of tables, addition, subtraction and different methods to solve problems and more in depth mathematical thinking and reasoning.
Our science topics this term will be Henry the VIII's unhealthy lifestyle, the digestion system and what it looks like on a Tudor doctor's table and the crazy Tudor uses of bleeding and slugs as medicine.
French is following on from Year 3 and developing their written French with small phrases and sentences. Ca va?
PSHE is studying 'Being Me' and the moving on to 'Celebrating differences'
In PE we will be swimming and playing Tag Rugby, then Football later in the term.
ICT we will be programming and looking at how to develop our use of Multi-Media platforms.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
