We have designed our extended care setting with the needs of children at the heart of all we do. We aim to make Fun Club a place where children love to be and can’t wait to return to!

We run our Breakfast Club from 7:45am & 8am every school day morning. Our afternoon Fun Club runs in two sessions from 3:15pm until 4:30pm and 4:30pm - 5:30pm, with a third extended late session until 6pm every week day for an additional charge.  We care for children aged 3* and above. (*we take children once toilet trained).

Spaces are limited on some days of the week and it is advisable to contact the Front Desk as soon as you can if you are wanting to use this facility. The Front Desk will provide you with a Registration Form and an online Booking Form.

A NEW registration form must be completed for any child accessing the setting in the academic year starting on Monday 7 September 2020.

Fun Club BOOKING Form

Please use the online Booking Form below to make bookings from Monday 7 September 2020. Please note this is a second-phase booking form following the initial booking deadline or 14/08/2020. We will be prioritising meeting the needs of parents & carers who met this initial deadline but will consider additional requests where space is available. Please complete this form to make a booking for Fun Club and a member of the Administration team will be in touch with you on THURSDAY 3 SEPTEMBER to confirm the sessions in place for you.

Covid-19 Closure - impact on Fun Club

Fun Club did not operate in the Summer Term due to government restrictions in place following the Covid-19 lockdown.

Re-opening of schools guidance from the DfE indicate that we will have more flexibility to offer before and after school care from September, but we will confirm what this offer is as soon as we possibly can.

In the meantime, it would be useful if you can register your child if you plan to use the setting (using the NEW Registration Form above) and once 'live' make your provisional booking based on your likely needs. We will be in touch before September to confirm the sessions we can commit to care for your child outside of normal school hours. Please be reassured that you will only ever be charged for sessions that are used if school closure/part closure prevents your child from attending.

Fun Club Session PRICE LIST - Sept 2020

*If your child attends an after school club, (a planned activity chargeable separately, typically running for one hour after school), we will not ‘double charge’ you for this time. Your child will be escorted to Fun Club following their club activity if you want care after 4:30pm.
