We have started the term with the value of responsibility at the forefront of our minds. The school aims to develop much more than children’s understanding of curriculum subjects! As our children take steps on the journey towards adulthood we aim to take every opportunity to help them grow the attitudes and values that will make them successful. Your input as parents and carers in this part of their education is paramount – always be on the lookout for the qualities and actions you want to see grow in your child and praise them regularly. Although it can feel very repetitive for the praise-giver, whoever tires of the feeling of satisfaction and confidence that results from being praised?
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
