We offer all children the opportunity to participate in the Junior Duke Award scheme. This provides children with the opportunity to learn independent skills at home and have them recognised in school.

The Junior Duke Award is available every year to all children from Reception to Year 4.  This costs £10 for each child each year.  Children entitled to income-based free school meals will automatically be joined up for the award.

Each year group will work towards a different award.

In school we have a staff team who lead each year group and are also assessors. When your child has completed an activity they must bring their completed journal into school to share with their assessor.

When your child has completed seven of the ten activities for their year group award, they will receive a certificate and badge during our Friday celebration assembly.
