Our primary aim as a school is to support children to become the best they can be. We know this happens most successfully when we provide a safe and happy place for children to be – we are glad you continue to agree we achieve this.
We have worked strategically to make sure we can handle concerns about bad behaviour consistently and appropriately and this has had a positive impact over time. Staff in the school work hard to encourage and model the positive behaviours we want to see develop in the children and we take the time to respond to the concerns pupils share when something feels wrong.
The overwhelming sense of positivity from the feedback is very encouraging and will help to ensure we maintain and continue to improve our systems and processes. Remember that you are welcome to share a concern or issue with the school at any time in the year, not just through surveys. We need this feedback so we can continue to improve what we do for all our pupils.
